A All our machines will be tested before packaging. wooden packaing is strong and safety for long delivery.

A Show us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem is from small machine, we will send you solution by video. If the problem is from large machine, our engineer will go to your factory (customer will pay the fee during the trip).

A Our engineer can be sent to your country. but customer should pay the air tickets and 100usd as salary per person per day. besides, customer should arrange the accommodation for them during the trip.

A 12months of electrical part and 18months of mechanical part after machine installed and running normally.

A Yes,we are factory. our factory is located in zhangjiagang near from shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.

A Our factory provide the CE,SGS,ISO,and according to some countries,we also can provide the PVOC, COC,SONCAP...etc.

A First,we will invite you visiting our factory to check the machines quality,and show the machines running for you in our factory.

A Our factory make the water purification and filling packing plants.we do not make the bottle making machinery,we have good quality bottle making machinery partner,and we provide to customer same long warranty time and good after service.

A Yes, we can provide the complete plant, from bottling making plant,water purification plant,to filling packing plant.
