Equipment introduction：

1. Materials can be directly placed into the equipment for distillation.

2. Distillation method of essential oil extraction equipment: The equipment adopts water-isolated distillation. This distillation method is suitable for the extraction of volatile oil components of many types of Chinese medicinal materials and plants containing aromatic components.

3. Condensation method of essential oil extraction equipment: According to the cooling characteristics of volatile oil, short-span coil condensation is used, the heat exchange area is small, the wax component contained in the volatile oil flows easily, and the oil-water separation is high. At the same time, the condenser imports a steam collector to expand the condenser air inlet pressure ratio, so that the distilled oil-gas mixture is completely collected in the short-moment condenser and fully condensed.

4. Special oil-water separator for essential oils: The essential oil extraction equipment produced by our company is equipped with different essential oil resting devices, heating separation devices and oil-water separation devices according to different models of equipment and material characteristics. According to the characteristics of the material containing volatile oil, use a special oil-water separator to separate it. The separator adopts a split design of oil circuit and water circuit, so that the obtained volatile oil can be completely separated from the distilled water.

5. After distillation, the extracted liquid passes through two stages of pipe filtration and material basket mesh filtration.

Common materials for equipment essential oil extraction:
